What do I need for TREC?
Currently, TREC is available for users of Microsoft Outlook (version 2003 or higher) and Internet Explorer (version 6 or higher). In a few weeks, TREC also will be available for users of Firefox.

There are more people with the same name. How do I know TREC displays the right profile information?
TREC uses intelligence to present you with the information about the person who most probably is the one you’re looking for. When there are more profiles found, TREC gives you the option to view all profiles and select the right one.

I would like to submit a bug or suggestion.
We are working hard to improve TREC with every release. Please submit your bugs, suggestions and remarks via trec@ganda.tv

I don’t want TREC to look in all social networking sites. Can I define which sites TREC must use?
Just click the Options link in TREC For Microsoft Outlook or Internet Explorer and remove the check marks next to the social networking sites you don’t want to use.
